Information for the employee

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ.EU.L.2016.119.1) - hereinafter the GDPR, I inform you that:

  3. The purpose of the data processing is to comply with a legal obligation on the controller relating to employment and the safety and organisation of work - based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
  4. The recipients of your personal data will be entities authorised to obtain personal data by law, as well as employees and associates of the controller, regardless of their employment basis,
  5. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of your employment as well as for a period of 50 years after the termination of your employment regardless of its legal basis,
  6. You have the right to request access to your personal data from the controller, the right to data rectification, erasure or restriction of data processing, the right to object to data processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw your consent at any time,
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office where it is justified that your personal data is being processed by the controller contrary to the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016,
  8. The provision of personal data is obligatory by law and otherwise voluntary, but failure to provide data may result in refusal of the employment relationship regardless of the legal basis of the employment.


Information for the job applicant

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ.EU.L.2016.119.1) - hereinafter the GDPR, I inform you that:

  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of the current recruitment - based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR,
  4. The recipients of your personal data will be employees and associates of the controller, regardless of their basis of employment, who are responsible for carrying out the controller’s recruitment process,
  5. Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the recruitment and for a period of 12 months after the end of the recruitment process,
  6. You have the right to request access to your personal data from the controller, the right to data rectification, erasure or restriction of data processing, the right to object to data processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw your consent at any time,
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office where it is justified that your personal data is being processed by the controller contrary to the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016,
  8. The provision of personal data is mandatory by law and otherwise voluntary, however, failure to provide data may result in your application not being considered during the recruitment process.


Information for the client

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ.EU.L.2016.119.1) - hereinafter the GDPR, I inform you that:

  3. The purpose of the data processing is to fulfil obligations in connection with the performance of the concluded Agreement - on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
  4. The recipients of your personal data will be employees of the controller regardless of their employment basis,
  5. Your personal data shall be stored from the date of conclusion of the Agreement until the date of limitation of civil claims and tax settlements,
  6. You have the right to request access to your personal data from the controller, the right to data rectification, erasure or restriction of data processing, the right to object to data processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw your consent at any time,
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office where it is justified that your personal data is being processed by the controller contrary to the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016,
  8. The provision of personal data is mandatory by law and otherwise voluntary, however, failure to provide data may result in a failure to conclude an Agreement.
